Price Quotes are subject to verification by tax records, and in some cases measurements at inspection site, prices may change when additional square footage not previously reported is found, or if other items such as pools and or spas are present and need to be inspected. Special Note: Distance surcharge may be attached to inspections that are located in more remote areas, the fee varies from $25-$100, this was instituted due to the rising cost of fuel, and should prices recede, this fee will go away.
